We have a 14-day return policy. The item is required to reach us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no sign of wear and tear from wearing, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may always contact us for any return question at hola@pearlsatelier.com.
Damages and issues
Kindly inspect your order upon reception and to ensure that the item you received is not defective, damaged or wrong. Do contact us as soon as possible otherwise.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for custom items such as special orders or personalised orders, as well as sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is valid, you will automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
